Safety Management Update

Officals Online Meet Assignment Reporting

After clicking the Officials Tally Sheet you must register. From the Officials Tally Sheet Page, please click Sign me up for a username and password prior to trying to access. You will need your USA Swimming number (located on your USA Swimming card) and an alpha numeric password of at least five characters. If you experience problems creating your logging in or logging in, please contact the AzSI office via email at office@azswimming.org so we may assist you in resolving the problem.

Once you enter data, we will store it for 365 calendar days. Should you need to edit your data, it may be done through the Tally Recap Report by clicking on the name of the meet.

Invitation to Officate a Meet

Click here to invite officials to your swim meet. Only individuals currently registered with USA / Arizona swimming as Officials will receive this broadcast. You may customize your broadcast by selecting a geographic area of the state. Select a region of the state by clicking the drop down menu under Region.
