Tuscon YMCA Swim Club - Head Coach
Tucson YMCA Swim Club is looking for lead coaches at two of our
locations--The Lohse YMCA and Ott YMCA. Individual should be an energetic, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include but are not limited to coaching, scheduling/overseeing assistant coaches, scheduling & attending swim meets and working with the Swim Team Parent Board, volunteers, members and staff. Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of 1-3 years coaching/aquatics experience and hold current CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid and current American Red Cross/YMCA lifeguard or Coaches Safety Training certification. Candidate must also have the ability to lift and carry in excess of 50 lbs., and have the visual and auditory ability to respond to emergencies in the aquatics area. Staff must be available weekdays from 4:30-6pm and some weekends for about 15 hours/week during the fall/winter, about 30 hours during the summer, as well as attend and participate in staff trainings & meetings as they become available. A post offer drug test is required for all aquatics positions. This is a part time position and will remain open until filled.

CITY OF SURPRISE - Head Coach
New USA Swim Club, owned by and located in the City of Surprise, is now accepting applications for a part time USA Swimming Certified Head Coach. Responsibilities will include working with athletes of all ages and abilities with hours generally being late in afternoons into early evenings. Coach will expected to attend some weekend practices as well as various swim meets. Successful applicants for the Head Coach position must be USA Swimming Certified and a Level 3 coach.
