Friday – timed final distance session; A/B/C open to all age groups; open to all teams
Saturday/Sunday morning – LCM session open to athletes with Senior State cuts or faster; open to all teams
Saturday/Sunday afternoon and evening – SCY sessions open to all age groups; A/B/C; open to all teams
