2015-2016 Short Course Bid Now Open

The Arizona Swimming Board of Directors has approved a wire frame meet calendar for the 2015-2016  short course season. The calendar is merely a suggestion of meet dates based on past history of meet bids.

At this time the bid portal is open for the bidding of meets.   Please read the email you received regarding the calendar and bid process prior to entering meets. The bid portal will close for bidding these meets on July 4th.

Meets bid for the months of September and October may either be bid as a no-time standard meet or an ABC format meet. Meets bid for November and forward are to be bid using the ABC meet format only.  Custom time standards may be used for the larger invitation meets or, alternatively, ABC standards.

The ABC time standards will be available September 1, 2015 and will be published on the Time Standard page of the Arizona Swimming web page.

If revisions are required to meet flyers submitted based on the ABC time standards no sanction revision fee will be charged.

If you have questions regarding the bidding please contact our Technical Chair, Johnathan Fergusson, at email hidden; JavaScript is required or our General Chair, Mary Kramer, at email hidden; JavaScript is required
