Arizona Swimming’s document library (scroll down) is divided into five sections.

  1. Meet Management contains forms generally used by officials to run meets.
  2. Officials includes information regarding becoming an official and forms to manage certifications.
  3. Registration and Membership includes forms for registering  athletes, non athletes and clubs with Arizona Swimming.
  4. Policy & Procedure includes all policies and procedures of Arizona Swimming divided by policy number.
  5. Publications includes Annual Reports to the Membership, AZSI bylaws, minutes from Board of Directors and House of Delegates meetings.
